Normann Copenhagen: Delta Proust Side Table by Alessandro Mendini

The Delta Proust Side Table is a bold design statement – vibrant, sculptural, and unmistakable. Its mosaic pattern, developed in collaboration with Elisa and Fulvia Mendini (Alessandro Mendini Archives), blends seven vivid colors with two shades of white, creating a pixel-like effect. Each table is one of a kind, inspired by the pointillist technique of Paul Signac and first introduced by Alessandro Mendini in his iconic Poltrona di Proust.

The sculptural silhouette shifts with the viewer’s perspective, evoking a sense of movement and spontaneity. Made from 100% recycled, pigmented polyethylene (PELD) sourced from industrial packaging waste, Delta Proust merges artistic expression with sustainability. Weatherproof and durable, it's suited for both indoor and outdoor use – a design object that celebrates circularity while honoring Mendini’s unique artistic vision.
