Magis: Animal Factory by Luca Boscardin

Animal Factory is a collection of stylised animal-shaped sculptures designed by Luca Boscardin and produced by Magis in collaboration with Metalco.

A giraffe, a crocodile, a gorilla and a dinosaur, four animals made of powder-coated steel tube, whose friendly, sinuous and minimalist shape invites interaction, physical training and outdoor life.

Looking at the sculptures from a certain angle, they seem not to reveal a specific shape, but by changing the point of view, the lines, thanks also to imagination and colour association, become more defined and reveal the shapes of the four animals.

“I always try to simplify shapes and lines, with the idea of taking away everything extra, doing a constant work of subtraction. In this way, I let the imagination of the children and adults, too go wild” says the designer.

In a park, square or schoolyard, Animal Factory will be the perfect ally to transform any outdoor space into a colourful playground for young and old.
