APU is the Finnish word for help – because the occasional tables are on hand to help. Designer Hanna Ehlers is half-Finnish and likes to give her designs Finnish names. The APU occasional tables are a hybrid of table, plate and vase. APU adds a further member to the family of pure materials used at ZEITRAUM: white utility pottery, with a new function and a new aesthetic.
