COLUMN White Ash is a discrete expression of natural wood, with a pale surface that ages beautifully. Ash is a superbly sturdy wood, making for an equally durable kitchen. The combination of ash fronts and handles results in a coherent and truly versatile expression. The fronts are treated with clear matte lacquer as the top coating. The lacquer contributes to having less maintenance and more durable fronts, while still retaining the natural look by having a low gloss finish. Natural wood kitchens are always unique — the material’s surface varies depending on the tree it came from. This gives it a distinct warmth and a soft expression.
