Combining a unique blend of longstanding interior and outdoor design heritage, Danish designer Henrik Pedersen has skilfully mixed simple materials to create occasional pieces that border on art work. Influenced by extensive travels and a passion for world culture, Henrik says “The natural ceramic forms and artisanal hand finished glazes in a variety of colours are selected to emulate the natural hues of the earth. They also pair perfectly with other natural materials, so teak was the obvious choice for the table top.” The solid, buffed teak table tops make convenient spaces for lamps, books, drinks and any other accessories that make an outdoor room feel homely. With durable ceramic bases they are not only attractive but practically stable.
