ewo is regarded as an expert when it comes to lighting in the public domain. Jyske Bank chose various new Cortensteel models from the FA System for the grounds of its headquarters in the Danish town Silkeborg.
Dubai Festival City is a city within a city. As of 2015, shopping streets, entertainment areas, hotels, schools, business districts and residential areas will form an entirely new urban district covering an area of over 650 hectares.
The American lighting design studio Visual Terrain worked in close collaboration with ewo to create the lighting for both the main and secondary streets. To emphasise the individuality of this new district, a brand new family of luminaires with its own language of form was developed, along with the tools required to construct it in a very short period of time.
