Strips armchair

At the beginning of ‘70s the architect Cini Boeri shakes up the furniture market with her piece that is still an “evergreen” : the seat system Strips, that belongs to arflex history. Surely one of the most famous products, it won the Compasso d’oro and it is exhibited in some museums all around the world. Strips family, composed by sofas, armchairs and beds, develops with chaise longue, for people, who feel the cold. The seat is longer and the cover can be open with zip, becoming a blanket, for a complete comfort, for sleeping, relaxing, thinking in a warm place. A very special Strips. The frame is in metal and poplar multiply wood, with upholstery in shaped polyurethane foam with differentiated density.
